Here at National Divine Connection we
pray for the safety and protection amongst other things for the families that
are listed on our Wailing Wall of Prayer here in Opelousas, Louisiana. “Praying always with all prayer and supplication
in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication
for all saints.” Ephesians 6:18
Prayer Knows No Distance--We received an email from one of the mothers we
pray for who lives in another state. She shared with us that a man had robbed a
local convenient store holding the cashier at gunpoint demanding money. The
cashier gave him an undisclosed amount of money--he left and no one was injured. Thank you Jesus!
This robbery took place thirty minutes after her
son left that same store.
He was in that store picking up a few items that he needed on his way
home from work. Who knows what might have happened to this young man if the
faithful prayers of protection (Psalm 91) had not gone forth for him. We thank
Jesus for keeping him out of harms way and for NDC Prayer Partners. “But the Lord is faithful; he will…guard you from the evil
one.” 2 Thessalonians 3:3.
