Dear Praying Friends, God in Heaven
truly is in charge of the "Praying Affairs" here on earth. We receive many requests
from people needing our prayers and I am so grateful for “You” and your
obedience to stand in the gap with us before Jesus for those needs. You are so much a part of what God is doing on this earth in prayer. "But thou, when thou
prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy
Father which is in secret; and thy father which seeth in secret shall
reward thee openly." Matthew 6:6
TESTIMONY: In July we sent out a
prayer request for a man with Parkinson’s who needed us to keep him in our
prayers for his upcoming brain surgery in August. The “Good Report” is that he had his surgery
and everything went well. He will be going home very soon. Jesus the Great
Physician was with him in that hospital room and guiding those that were taking
care of him. Jesus loves us and wants us to walk in complete healing—To God Be
the Glory! “The LORD sustains them on their sickbed
and restores them from their bed of illness.” (NIV)
You and I have been the friends that had the
faith and carried this man’s need and many others needs to Jesus in
prayer just as the "one" sick of the palsy (Mark 2:1-12) found friends to
carry him to Jesus!
