THE STEPS OF A RIGHTEOUS MAN ARE ORDERED OF THE LORD

When you have a need--pray to the Lord and He surely will supply it for you.  My husband needed a pair of boots for work. I can recall trying at least 3 different times to go and find him a pair. Something always came up and we just couldn’t seem to get to the store to try some on. And even when we were able to look at a few pairs they didn’t have his size or they were more than we wanted to spend. His boots that he had were wearing out fast and we knew he needed them desperately. We had planned a short vacation out of state and thought you know we’ll look for a pair when we return home—and didn’t give it any more thought. Now we’ve been Christians more that 20 years and we know by now that when we have that much trouble finding such a simple thing like work boots the Lord is closing those doors because He has something better for us.

We didn’t give those boots another thought and went on vacation 1000 miles away. Well after being there a day or so we went on an errand to a nearby town and our parents happen to see a little boot store and we decided to go in. The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.” Psalms 37: 23. We began to look at work boots in my husband’s size that were over $100 a pair and then we seen some on sale so we walked over and sure enough they had only one pair in his size regularly priced $109 on sale for $24.95!! Saints, God is Awesome, so Good & Gracious! He loves his children so much that had the perfect boots waiting for my husband 1000 miles away. We are so grateful to our Lord Jesus Christ for answering our prayers and supplying our need. To God Be The Glory! But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19.
