I want to thank the Lord for Answered Prayer and building my faith in Him daily. He has put several people in our path who have needed help. I knew the Lord wanted us to be a witness of His love to them.  "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." Matthew 5:16. Without hesitation we began to look for ways to meet their needs every time and everywhere we went. With the joy of the Lord in our hearts whenever we shopped for ourselves we shopped for them. We gave of our time, finances, and ministered God’s Word to them. Their needs came before ours. It is such a blessing to see others happy and smiling and hearts full.

Matthew 17:20

Weeks went by and before I knew it our bills had come due. I looked at our check register and realized we had spent more than I thought. Immediately, I quoted God’s Word, and thanked Him as if everything had already been paid. “…and calleth the things that are not, as though they were.” Romans 4:17 (ASV) I didn’t doubt, feel burdened, worried or overwhelmed for one minute, instead I had peace and faith in Jesus that He had already taken care of everything for us. “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the Lord for ever...” Isaiah 26:3

 Don’t Miss Your Chance To Be A Blessing To Others

I am so thankful and grateful to Jesus who kept us in perfect peace and took care of our need! I will continue to trust in Him because He loves us and knows our needs even before we ask. One thing for sure we cannot out give God--with every act of obedience there is a blessing--“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.
