A young mother called the UI Prayer Line after exhausting all avenues to help her crying child. The baby was eight months old and had never slept more than 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Several kinds of medications were administered to the child for colic, ear infections, etc., but to no avail. In desperation, this mother’s sister told her to please call the prayer line.
She made the call and immediately the heart of God was touched as the intercessor on duty prayed with the desperate mother. The Praise Report came in that the child slept through the night for the first time since birth, and now has normal sleeping habits, no more crying, but a happy, content baby and a rested mother.
