Testimony: A brother in the Lord who had been hearing the Word and learning
to walk in that faith over the years became real to him when his beloved father
suffered a sudden heart attack and was rushed to the hospital. He immediately called
our prayer ministry knowing that we would stand with him and get prayer started right away for his
father and the family. “Let us
then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may
receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” Hebrew 4:16 (NIV)
He
later shared with me that it took faith and standing on the Word of God, prayer
and warfare put into action as he stood at his father’s bedside who was in
critical condition--not knowing if he would live or die. After having done all
to stand, he therefore, “stood” and Praise God he saw the hand
of the Lord bring his dad through knowing that Jesus had answered our prayers!
To God be the Glory! “…Wherefore take unto you
the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and
having done all, to stand. Stand therefore…” Ephesians 6:13-14
