A woman who
needed justice called our prayer line. For quite a few years she had faithfully worked
for an employer who had promised her an upcoming promotion. Her work habits and
productivity were above satisfactory, but the promotion had gone to someone
else instead. After listening to this Christian woman I knew that this was an
injustice being done to her. The
Almighty Judge of Heaven, Jesus Himself, was called
upon to fairly judge this situation and if there was unfairness, prejudice, or
injustice that He would move on her behalf to rectify the problem and make
things right. We serve a great and a mighty King who invites
us to enter His throne room with confidence to receive mercy and find grace in
our time of need. “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we
may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:16
The Victory Report is that God intervened! Within 24 hours her employer changed his mind and the promotion was given to her. She
was a long time faithful employee and the one who truly deserved it. To God Be The Glory! “But
let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for
joy, because thou defendest them.” Psalm 5:11
