We
received a prayer request for a person who had throat tumors and was undergoing
surgery. We dispatched his need out to our praying friends believing that he be
healed and made whole--his surgery to be a success and that he recover quickly
in Jesus name. “But he was wounded for our
transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our
peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5
An Answer To Prayer: We were
given this update and praise report. They wrote, “He did under go surgery
today, everything went well, the tumors were removed and as soon as he got out
he phoned my mother and was able to talk and thank us for our prayers.” We give
God all the Glory. “And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you
ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door
will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone
who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.” Luke
11:9-10 (NLT)
