Pray, Trust & Obey

I want to share with you a wonderful testimony of Answered Prayer. In Isaiah 42:9, it reads "Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them." The Lord spoke to my heart and said, “Do what I am calling you to do and do it with all your might and I will do my part.” He is faithful and promises to reward us and He will.

Last year we began with much prayer for our schools, nation and the body of Christ. As I sought the Lord in prayer He instructed me personally to help the poor and “pray” among other things. So I obeyed and started the year by helping a needy family that was sent to me and though our ministry funds were low we gave our very best and brought “Joy” to some sad hearts.

Then, a most precious child that we nicknamed “Baby Joy” because she brings so much joy to our hearts was entrusted to us--to take care of and later, much later the mother came along, and now we have adopted the mother and child. Out of this is birthed a “New Vision” for our ministry “The Most Joy Orphanage”. To God Be The Glory! "For the needy shall not always be forgotten; the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever." Psalm 9:18 To God Be The Glory!
