"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give
unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be
troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:27 Our Lord will keep us
in "Perfect Peace" not as the world giveth, but a peace from
above. Many years ago I received a call late in the evening that
my daughter and her children had been in a terrible car accident. Immediately
went to see about them. It was dark and as I arrived on the
scene the ambulances were already there. The red and blue lights on the police
cars were flashing everywhere and I could see in the distance a dirt cloud
and the cars over turned in the middle of an open field.
As I got
out of the car my body and legs began to quiver and shake.
I did not know what I was about to find? Would some of them be
dead? I said, "Jesus, please help me and my children."
Suddenly, a peace from heaven above saturated my mind and I felt like an
iron tube was inserted up my back and caused me to quit shaking and stood me
straight up and gave me strength. He had infused me with His strength. He
knew my heart was troubled and that I was afraid, but He met me with His
supernatural peace that day all those years ago and He will do the same
for you today. I continued to walk towards the cars and Praise God my daughter
and her children were alive and no one died! To God Be The Glory! Saints
of God--let not your hearts be troubled neither let it be afraid.
