Prayers Going Forth--For Our Loved Ones

Dear Praying Friends, When I got saved in 1976 my husband and four children did not know Jesus. How my heart ached to see my family saved. For many years I would pray (my praying friends would pray too) for their salvation. In time my husband received Jesus in his heart and then the both of us began to pray for our children. "But the salvation of the righteous is of the Lord: He is their strength in the time of trouble." Psalm 37:39.  

The years had come and gone and then one morning "one of our children" walked in and joined us in the church service. One by one they came in to learn about Jesus till all four were serving God--To God Be the Glory! Were there troubles, yes, were there disappointments and tears, although at times situations with our children looked impossible but we stayed faithful in praying for them. “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with everyone in your household.” Acts 16:31

Keep Praying~Keep Believing

I want to take this opportunity to encourage all parents especially  “Moms” that if we stay faithful to Jesus in our prayers, He will give us strength in our time of trouble with our children and He will save them! He needs people, you and me, to pray for the lost so they can be saved! “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth." I Timothy 2:3-4 Thank you Lord that your Word does not return to us void, but it accomplishes what you intend for it to do--Isaiah 55:11. In His love and service, Prophetess hilda arredondo
