We are posting this wonderful testimony that a dear sister
in Christ wrote and shared with us. We pray that it will bless and encourage
you.
She wrote, “One morning while going to work, I was praising the Lord and
praying in the Spirit when I heard Him say, “Touch Not My Anointed.” “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the
Spirit saith…” Revelation 3:22. At the same time I felt this wonderful sense of His love and
protection, as if he had put His arms around me. I also had an urgency to
continue praying in the Spirit. As I basked in this wonderful feeling, I was
also puzzled as to why God had said, “Touch Not My Anointed.” “Saying, Touch not my anointed, and do my prophets no harm.”
Psalm 105:15. I thought to myself, was the Lord rebuking me?
When my employer’s husband and son came home around lunchtime they
noticed that I had a flat tire and changed it for me. The spare tire was in bad
condition, so they took the flat tire to a station to get it patched. They
later returned with the news that the tire was not repairable. That evening I
drove home prayerfully and carefully. After arriving home safely, my husband saw
to it that new tires were put on our car.
The following evening, the Lord by His Spirit, brought to me the
understanding of what took place. He told me that a tire that cannot be
repaired does not just go flat in someone’s yard. When I heard His voice speak “Touch
Not My Anointed”, I knew then that He was rebuking Satan and not me. He was protecting me from the evil devices of
Satan and as I prayed in obedience to His prompting He kept that tire from blowing
out until I was safely in my employer’s yard. “But the Lord is
faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.” 2
Thessalonians 3:3. To Jesus Christ I Give
All The Praise, Honor And Glory.”
