There are so many changes going on in America today, we look around and see the condition of our economy and we could ask is there any use to pray? But I can encourage you--Prayer is our "Life Line" to Heaven in days like these. I received a call from a Christian Brother who was self employed and the company whom he treasured because it brought him quite a substantial amount of business and money on a monthly basis--dropped him and now he had no idea how he was going to provide for his family. I said to him, "When God closes a door he will open another one and He Will Make It Up To You!" We prayed and asked Jesus to make it up to him. The next day he had a chance to go out and look for new customers and the Good Report is that he got a new contract with a reputable company servicing 25 establishments and had 3 jobs to do the very next day! What a Merciful High Priest we have in the heavens. "Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am..." Isaiah 58:9. Don't Quit Praying! Jesus loves people and will come to their rescue. To God Be The Glory!
