The United Intercessors Warriors were having a service. The minstrels were on the platform playing and were into intimate worship with our God while His glory was falling upon all those present. Some were weeping from the "great presence" upon us when suddenly there was a black-out and we were left in total darkness-an electrical failure- No Lights. We were all sitting in pitch darkness.
The most unusual thing happened. Instead of the usual “Ah’s” and “Ooh, what’s happened type of responses that should have shut down the whole service. To our surprise, the guitar, piano, drums, and all instruments on the platform did not miss a beat, but kept on playing without a pause in that pitch darkness. The people kept on singing those glorious praises with no interruption. The infant babies and children never uttered a cry as we sat and sang in that darkness till the lights came back on. The musicians never missed a beat or note as they played their instruments. The Lord said, "Comfort ye My people and share with them that I will give them a SONG IN THE NIGHT—in the midst of that Night of Judgment to the nation.”
Beloved, whatever your situation: Mental, physical, financial or other and darkness may be all around but, the Lord shall cause his glorious voice to be heard-- “ Ye shall have a song, as in the night as when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart,...” Isaiah 30:29 To God Be The Glory.
