A young man asked United Intercessors to please pray for him and his family. He loved the Lord and served him to the best of his ability. Things would go well for awhile and he and his family would enjoy the Lord’s blessing. Then suddenly something would happen and it was crying time and sorrow again.
One day the Lord showed him weeds around his house, which represented the curse of the thorns and thistles. He rose up in the power of the Holy Ghost and began to pray, physically took a hoe and chopped down his own weeds. In broad daylight, unashamedly, he shouted at Satan that the curse of thorns and thistles was no longer operating over his life because of the blood of Jesus.
Things began to change for the better. Just recently, he also has appropriated the breaking of the sorrows curse and the curse of divorce was also broken over him and his wife. Oh, I’m telling you, God promised His people a Jubilee and we are going to enter in. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.” Luke 4:18-19. Yes, Jesus is our Jubilee! To God Be The Glory!
