In 1983 "God's Call" came to my life to "Pray for America." I walked away from a career making very good money. With my husband's approval because were a 2 income family and had been living very comfortably, we knew that our lifestyle would change and we would have to learn to live on a tight budget.
I knew the hour was urgent and I gave up home, family, and money to do the work of the Lord of Prayer for America.
I lived in that state of leanness for 13 years. All monies went into the expense of the ministry. I lived by faith in Him. Sometimes all I had in my closet was a few outfits to make my public speaking commitments and Jose had one good suit, and many times we were fed by the ravens as Elijah was, so to speak, but we were sold out for the cause of Christ.
God loves our country and you and I do too. The testimony that was posted today "The Sign Of The Palm Tree- A Heavenly Answer" will tell you how much he does and because of His Mighty Sovereignty, America has been the mighty nation in the past. No matter what we see happening around us, we must Stay Focused On Jesus! God's love for a country whose foundation was the Lord of Lords.
